At Mestila, we provide fast and secure shipping through Bosta.

1. Delivery Time

Cairo & Giza: 2 to 5 business days

Other governorates: 3 to 7 business days

No deliveries on Fridays or national holidays

2. Shipping Partner

Orders are delivered via Bosta. Only necessary delivery data is shared with them.

3. Shipment Tracking

A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS once the order is confirmed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on weight and location.
We do not offer free shipping.

5. Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails, the shipment will be returned. Re-shipping may incur additional fees.
